Safety

Some pages describe steps you can take before a crew arrives. Those steps assume you can act safely. Never enter standing water near electrical outlets, appliances or a panel; never approach a sagging ceiling that may be holding water; never attempt to clean sewage or other Category 3 contamination yourself; and if you smell gas, leave the building and call from outside. If you are unsure whether something is safe, wait for us.

Estimates, pricing and response times

Any cost ranges published on this site are general market context, not a quote. Accurate pricing requires an on-site inspection, because the affected area inside walls and floors is nearly always larger than what is visible. A binding estimate is only what we give you in writing after inspecting the property.

Our stated response times reflect our normal dispatch performance under ordinary conditions. Severe weather, road closures, regional emergencies and simultaneous large losses can affect them. We will always give you a realistic arrival window on the call.
